Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important Note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ex Demo Clubs (as these are previously used demonstration items)
  • Opened packages of golf balls
  • Personalized or custom-ordered clubs

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your golf equipment:

  2. Wait for approval: Our golf-pro-staffed customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Will be shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may see the refund in your account within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare for our premium golf equipment), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
