We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees or duties, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium golf equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Required: Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Ex Demo Clubs (previously used demonstration items)
- Opened packages of golf balls
- Personalized or custom-ordered clubs
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our golf-pro-staffed customer service will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, you may see the refund in your account within 1-2 billing cycles.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment (rare for our premium products), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns

- Return shipping costs may be higher for international shipments
